Customization Clause

Responsibility for Customized Visuals

1. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for any images, logos, text, or other graphic elements they upload when customizing their product. By confirming their order, they declare that they hold all necessary rights to use, reproduce, and exploit these visuals.

2. Inappropriate Content

We disclaim any responsibility for visuals that are:

Offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory,
Inciting hatred, violence, or contrary to public order,
Containing sexual, obscene, or inappropriate images,
Undermining human dignity.

Any order containing such visuals may be canceled without refund.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Clients agree not to use content protected by copyright, trademarks, or any other third-party intellectual property unless they have written authorization. We cannot be held responsible for fraudulent or unauthorized use of such visuals.

4. Verification and Order Refusal

We reserve the right to verify submitted visuals and to cancel any order that does not comply with these rules. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and responsibility lies exclusively with the client.
