You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item. After this period, no refund or exchange will be possible.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with their complete original packaging. Some products are non-returnable (gift cards, intimate products, perishable goods, etc.).

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a few days.
